At Dolcima, we take pride in delivering exquisite craftsmanship and unparalleled quality in every pair of shoes we offer. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, we have outlined our return policy below to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

Unused and Unworn Items:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. Customized shoes are not eligible for return or exchange.

Original Packaging:

  • Please ensure that the shoes are returned in their original packaging, including dust bags and any accompanying accessories.

You may return an item within 15 days from the date of the product received. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Contact Customer Service:

  • Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Service team at service@dolcima.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

 Authorization:

  • Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and guide you on the next steps.

 Shipping:

  • You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Inspection and Approval:

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated in Section 1. If the item is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

• Gift cards, personalized items, and items marked as final sale are non-refundable.
